Do you ship globally?
After you complete your purchase, we’ll send a tracking number for your order to your email shortly after. To track your order, please visit the link sent with your tracking number and enter your tracking number to view the current status of your parcel.
Please note that US Free Standard Shipping does not include a tracking code. If you selected this shipping option, you won’t be able to track your parcel. If you’d like to track your parcel, please select a different shipping option during checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Our standard processing time for prescription glasses is 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but typically range from 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.
Do you offer any warranty on your glasses?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all our glasses. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues with the materials. If you experience any problems with your glasses, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you with a repair or replacement.
What's your returns & exchange policy?
At Sunvanilla, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receipt.
Sunglasses are eligible for a one-time exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Prescription glasses and blue light-blocking glasses are eligible for a return with store credit within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, with tags and complementary cases included. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for free exchanges or returns. A return fee of $12 will apply to these items.
When can I expect my refund ?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Is my payment secure?
At Sunvanilla, we use Stripe and PayPal to accept credit and debit card payments. Both parties automatically encrypt your confidential information during transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What payment methods do you accept?
We aim to make purchasing your eyewear as easy and straightforward as possible, and therefore we accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Sezzle. With Sezzle, payments can be split into four interest-free installments.
Is it possible to make payments in installments?
When making a purchase on the Sunvanilla website, you can choose to pay in installments using Sezzle.
Sezzle is a payment method enabling shoppers to “Buy Now, Pay Later” with simple, interest-free installment plans. The transaction is carried out the same way as usual, but upon completing it, only ¼ of the total cost requires payment from you. Sezzle will collect the first payment upon the shopper submitting their order on the website. The remaining installments are then collected every two weeks.
